SSS Balanga hosts Employers’ Day

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – The Social Security System (SSS) Balanga Branch and SSS Main Office Member Relations Department jointly conducted Employers’ Day here that helped local employers understand many SSS concerns.

Vilma P. Agapito, Vice President Luzon Central Division, Bella Bermudo, Head of Member Education Section of the Member Relations Department, and Joel Villafuerte, Balanga Branch Head, led the panel of SSS officers who gave updates and answered questions and queries from representatives of local employers from the province held recently at Louis Restaurant, this city.

Bermudo gave updates on SSS and Employees Compensation programs. There was also detailed presentation of the SSS enhanced website.

Jordan Herrera, Mariveles Branch Manager and Maureen Inocencio, Senior Communication Analyst, are among the SSS officers who attended the event.

According to SSS, Employers’ Day is meant to bridge the distance between SSS and employers for a better working relationship. The agency hopes to establish better cooperation and coordination with employers regarding SSS matters.

SSS is conducting Employers’ Day nationwide.
