Rep. Roman vows to pass ‘stronger’ Cadena Bill

Bataan 1st District Rep. Antonino B. Roman III recently vowed to pass an even fierce version of Citizens Access and Disclosure of Expenditures for National Accountability (CADENA) Act to include income derived from the national government itself.   In a statement, Roman said: “Hindi sapat na alam lang kung saan napunta ang pera ng bayan.
