MARIVELES, Bataan – There is a need for socialized housing in Bataan, according to a housing developer officer.
“Fiesta Communities is aggressive because we saw that there is need socialized housing in the province”, said Fiesta Communities Regional Manager Gene Ryan Bautista during their recent Mariveles project Open House event here.
“We conducted feasibility study prior to the building of our housing project in Brgy. Balon Anito and we learned many workers here are renting”, he said.
He said based on their study, 60 percent of FAB workers are renting.
He said their Mariveles project initially has 18 hectares but was increased to 25 hectares.
“We are targeting to make it a township project from 50 to 70 hectares. It will be a full-pledged community”, Bautista added.
Fiesta Communities first built Limay subdivision. The company opened this year in Mariveles.
The company already acquired property in Brgy. Balsik for Hermosa project.
Fiesta Communities will also build subdivisions in Balanga City and Abucay, respectively.
The housing developer has built more or less 4,000 housing units with 70 percent completed and the rest ongoing, Bautista said.
“We are targeting 10,000 housing units in Luzon”, he revealed.
For almost a decade, FIESTA Communities has been a leader, and a prime provider of quality, affordable homes to the low to mid-class market of the Northern and Central Luzon.
