UNC-Bataan offers scholarships and discounts

DINALUPIHAN, Bataan – The University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) Bataan in this town, a prominent private school founded in 2014, is now gaining excellent scholastic standing. With an increase in its enrollees in their pre-scool, elementary, high school and college levels, it is now offering scholarships and discounts.
According to its President, former SBMA Chairman Felecito Payumo, schools are long term investments, that it take guts to take out loans to construct good standard school buildings, housing 43 academic classrooms and now with their newly built TESDA shops and covered court.
However, he added that he and his partners, Atty Federico Pascual and Mr. Chito Cruz agreed that they shell out a total of P3, 100, 000.00 (P3M+) worth of scholarships and discounts to deserving students including employees’ discounts, academic scholarship, NBI parents alumni, transferees from St. Joseph School, cash discounts and athletic scholarship.
Payumo, Pascual and Cruz who are staunch advocates of education for every Filipino especially Bataeños often say that ” education is the passport to the future and that tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today”, further stressed that, they believe education up to college level should be made accessible to all Bataeños.
