Venturina spearheads animal dispersal

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – The Provincial Veterinarian Office (PVO) spearheaded an animal dispersal this morning, April 5 at the Bataan People’s Center, Capitol compound, this City.

Farmers from different municipalities all over the province received livestock from the government thru the Provincial Veterinarian Office headed by Dr. Alberto Venturina.  A total of 50 cattle and carabaos were distributed as part of the Livelihood Assistance Program of the Department of Agriculture Regional Office 3 Pampanga which corresponds to one of the strategic programs of Governor Abet Garcia. This particular strategic program is focused on Brgy. Binaritan in Morong, and Brgys. Paysawan, Quinawan and Binuangan in Bagac.

Prior to the distribution of livestock, Dr. Venturina acknowledged the presence of Mrs. Ludivina Banzon, OIC – Office of the Provincial Administrator; Iskolar ng Bataan Head Ms. Cristina Garcia and Board Members Jose Villapando and Benjie Serrano; who in turn gave their short yet inspiring messages to the delight of the farmers.
