WalterMart opens 30th branch in Bataan

With promos such as “buy 1 take 1, 50% discounts and surprise gifts, Bataeños went wild during the opening of WalterMart’s supermarket and other stalls.
Gov, Abet Garcia graced the occasion and congratulated WalterMart offficials, saying that the newest community mall caters to the basic needs of the people in terms of products and services such as supermarket, medicines, hardware, banks, appliances , pera padala and others within the reach of the consuming public.

Meanwhile, Balanga City Mayor Francis Garcia, thanked the WalterMart officials for donating 30 computer units to the City Government’s 17th Learning Hub.
With Balanga City’s progress, Mayor Garcia invited investors and locators for there is a need for more BPOs and hotels.

In his welcome remarks, Vice Pres. of WalterMart, Mr. Jack Bunings, said that as they open their 30th community mall, they wish to offer the people of Bataan a modern, clean and safe mall where they can have world class shopping experience, giving employment to 450 Bataan residents plus a thousand more in the different stalls that they have.

Bunings added that WalterMart, as a matter of policy believes in a win-win situation as well as in building a long term partnership based on trust, mutual respect, communications and common purpose, as he described their partnership with the City Government.

He noted that with the City’s vision of becoming a World Class University Town, the City Government, just like WalterMart believes in long term
planning and life work balance. Lastly, he said that Balanga City and Walter-
Mart share a common purpose that is to serve the Filipino families, for a happy family builds a happy community.
