When MBDA and MMDA meet

CITY of BALANGA, Bataan – Braving the bad weather in Manila, not to mention the day-to-day challenges he and his men have to hurdle, to keep the residents of the City safe, Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino joined the Provincial Government employees of Bataan led by Governor Albert S.Garcia in this morning’s flag raising ceremony held at the Bataan People’s Center, this City.

In his short message, Chairman Tolentino lauded the concerted efforts of the local government officials led by Gov. Garcia towards the attainment of its vision; most particularly the recent launching of the 1Bataan Command Center, led by Metro Bataan Development Authority Chairman, Charlie Pizarro to ensure the safety and welfare of motorists and residents of the province.

Chairman Tolentino also graced the Closing Ceremony of the Multi-Sectoral Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) Training and Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Course held at the Camp Tolentino Covered Court, also in this City where he was the Guest Speaker.

PS Supt. Rhodel Sermonia, Acting Bataan Provincial Director warmly welcomed the guests and congratulated the graduates. Also present in the closing ceremony were Governor Abet Garcia; Sr. Supt. Timoteo Paclib from the PRO 3; Dir. Mario Avenido-President/CEO, PSMBFI; P Supt. Bernard Marzal-CC, PPSC/SWAT Course Director; P Supt. Salvador Alacyang- Training Supervisor/Manager, RSTU3; MBDA Chairman Charlie Pizarro; among others.

In his message, Chairman Tolentino expressed his all out support to the Bataenos in terms of providing the much needed trainings for rescue and traffic personnel.
