BALANGA CITY, Bataan- A province-wide educational summit will be conducted soon among provincial and city scholars to thresh out various issues besetting the scholarship program of the government.
Mayor Joet S. Garcia said that among the issues to be discussed are the “Study now, Pay later scheme,” the taking up of shorter courses and the abolition of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) where the thousands of government are scholars severely affected.
