72M earmarked for ACE BPO in Abucay

ABUCAY, Bataan – The blessing and inauguration of the Abucay Multipurpose Cooperative (AMPC) Building 2 in Magtanong St. this town yesterday also brought the attention of the people of this province to ACE Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Housed in the high rise AMPC Bldg 2, ACE BPO, one of the business activities of the AMPC is said to be its biggest undertaking with a whopping 72M peso capital earmarked for said undertaking.

Mr. Antonio Tengonciang, AMPC Chairman and Mr. Lino Ubana, President; tapped the expertise of Mr. Armando Osias to organize, establish and ultimately manage the business. Mr. Osias brings with him his more than 26 years of experience in the IT industry from reputable organizations like the Amazon in the US.

Negotiations started sometime in May of 2015 and by August of the same year, the business started with 20 seats. When it operates to its full capacity, the industry can accommodate up to 2,000 workers (call center agents).

At the rate things are going, Osias, Ubana and Tengonciang are optimistic that return of investment (ROI) will only take about two and a half years.
