Business establishments in Bataan are still all compliant with the Inter-Agency Task Foce (IATF) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) guidelines on health protocols. This was announced on Wednesday by Ms. Nelin Cabahug, DTI provincial director during the “DTI Kapihan” with local media who were all came complete with face mask and face shields plus hand sanitizer.
The DTI said it has monitored 46 groceries, supermarkets, and other establishments on basic necessities and prime commodities including face masks and face shields. It likewise monitored 137 establishments on dine-in restaurants, salons, and barbershops and issued accreditation to 139 repair shops and 69 sales promos. Cabahug said on-line sellers has to register their business names with the DTI to avoid any possible problem as the business flourish in the coming days.
During the pandemic period DTI had established “Negosyo Centers” almost throughout Bataan province with almost 6,000 business names. As of late, only Abucay town has no “Negosyo Center” but the launching of which had been slated this coming September 16.
