Why not, according to Morong Vice Mayor Maria Chona Linao-Garcia who claims to be a close descent of Joaquin Linao, who was a governor of Bataan province then.

Vice Mayor Linao-Garcia said it is nice to have “our own museum in Morong to preserve our own history, culture and heritage and artifacts of the past.”

She said relatives of Joaquin Linao who was once the governor of Bataan may also want to preserve the political history of Morong and its past leaders and cultural legacies.
The vice mayor comes from a family of politicians who held elective posts in the past.
