In partnership with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Bataan and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Region 3, Bataan OFW Family Circle Federation (BOFCF) celebrate Family Day yesterday, December 1, 2022, at Vista Mall, Bataan.
On its 9th year, said event was led by PESO Bataan under the leadership of Ms. Maria Eva Basalo, OIC and R3 OWWA led by Director Atty. Falconi Millar. In his short message, Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Bataan Committee Chairman on Labor, Manpower, Employment and Government Services Board Member Benjamin C. Serrano Jr. said, “Nawa’y ang inyong kapaskuhan ay magdulot ng kasaganahan, kapayapaan, at lahat ng OFW sa Bataan ay dumami pa dahil ang OFW ay isa sa mga malalaki ang kontribusyon sa ating ekonomiya,”
BOFCF President Imelda Desales informed the members of their accomplishments and future endeavors and gave recognition to BOFCF Vice President Maria Juliana S. Rivas and Mr. Jesus M. Garcia for bagging the 2022 OWWA R3 Ms. Marilag and 2022 OWWA R3 LGBTQ+ Bahaghari respectively.
