From HEZ, the delegation composed of Ishikawa Shinichiro, Miyahara Takayuki, Suzuki Mayo, Yabe Hidehito all from ABBD Co. Ltd. proceeded to the Provincial Capitol where Gov. Abet S. Garcia and other department heads warmly welcomed them. Afterwards, they proceeded to the Freeport Area in Mariveles for another briefing. In Mariveles, they visited Mitsumi, also a Japanese owned corporation and the biggest and longest operating business locator in the FAB.
