FAB Boardwalk to be built at Bataan freeport

The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) will build the FAB Boardwalk, a  commercial and recreational area along the waterfront of the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) under the leadership AFAB Administrator and CEO Mohammed Hussein Pangandaman.

The project will be developed along the stretch of a shoreline known as Mattel Beach. Covering around 12,000 square meters, the project will feature a coastal promenade lined with shops and restaurants, open spaces for small gatherings, and upgraded walkways linking the waterfront to nearby roads and facilities.

Senior PIO Hazel Elloren said the boardwalk  is designed to provide a safer and better-managed space that remains open to the public.

The project will offer a venue for leisure and social activities and will be situated near the planned Central Business District.
