Minimum wage earners can own decent houses at Fiesta Communities Hermosa.

“For as low as P2,681 monthly, one can own a house and lot in Fiesta Communities Hermosa”, Fiesta Communities media officer Deci Cacdac said.

“The housing units are truly affordable”, she also said.

Fiesta Communities first built the Limay subdivision in the province. The company also opened a subdivision in Mariveles.
The Fiesta Communities Mariveles caters to informal settlers in the area and workers at the Freeport Area of Bataan.
The socialized housing subdivision company will also build subdivisions in Balanga City and Abucay, respectively.
For more than a decade, FIESTA Communities has been a leader, and a prime provider of quality, affordable homes to the low to mid-class market of the Northern and Central Luzon.
