Gadia, new president of BPSU faculty and employees association

Bataan 2nd district Joet Garcia sworned in Asst. Professor IV Joerald M. Gadia as the new president of BPSU Federation of Administrative and Support Employees Association (FASEA) and Faculty Association (FASSO) last Friday.

Gadia was accompanied his co-officers at the association at the simple oath-taking ceremony held at the Bataan Tourism Center. He was also joined by his father.  The assistant professor won the seat over two rivals in a recent election at the university. He was the association’s vice president prior to his election.

Two days earlier, he was sworn in by BPSU President Dr. Greg Rodis.  The new FASEA-FASSO president was also able to discuss to the congressman the association’s request to have a BPSU Faculty Center, which the latter instantaneously approved.

Gadia will sit as a member of the University Board of Regents.
