The business climate at the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) is encouraging and is back to pre-pandemic state. Administrator Emmanuel D. Pineda of Authority of Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) said during last Tuesday’s Kapihan sa FAB that numerous prospective investors have signified their intentions to locate in FAB.
“Bumabalik na ang sigla sa FAB,” said Pineda.
He said an American company plans to establish a data center in FAB.
“There is now a high level of confidence among would be locators because of our system in treating foreign investors,” Pineda said.
He also disclosed that multi-billion pesos worth of projects are in the drawing board in FAB’s expansion program.
So far only the towns of Orion and Morong are still available for FAB expansion program.
