First among the important topics discussed is the submission of documents pertaining to the location for the proposed installation of rain gauge. The attendees were also required to submit the following data in their respective areas of jurisdiction namely: lists of illegal settlers along local and national roads, illegal settlers along river banks and creeks, projects for Bottoms-Up Budgeting, flood-prone areas, waterways and its tributaries.
Also given emphasis in yesterday’s meeting are the identified flagship projects of each municipality and the activities for the possible APEC Meeting in Bagac in 2015 as well as the participation of the different municipalities in said meeting.
