The existing road network of Balanga has a total aggregate length of about 105 kilometers. Out of these, about 52 kilometers are concrete pavement, 23 kilometers are asphalt-paved while the rest are made up of gravel road. The City has about 60 kilometers of city and barangay roads in its jurisdiction. In general, the road system is adequate compared to other municipalities of Bataan. However, these roads are often poorly maintained and lack the necessary elements to optimize its capacity.
Three companies namely: Bataan transit, Genesis Transport Services, and Victory Liner serve the provincial and regional routes. Mini-buses and Jeepneys ply the municipal routes while the intra-zonal trips within the City are carried out using motorized Tricycles.
