Mariveles local leaders connect with Sitio Sibul residents

Mariveles Mayor AJ Concepcion and Vice Mayor Jesse Concepcion held dialogue over coffee with residents of Sitio Sibul, Barangay Mt. View as part of the ongoing efforts of the local government to strengthen grassroots engagement.

Mayor Concepcion said the “pakikipagkapehan at pakikipagkuwentuhan” activity was a meaningful way to connect with residents.

For his part, Vice Mayor Jesse Concepcion said that the visit was conducted to personally check the condition of the residents. He said they listened to the concerns and requests of the community. They also discussed plans to install solar lights in the area to improve safety and accessibility.

The local government also distributed school supplies and food packs, umbrellas and mugs to the residents. Members of the Sangguniang Bayan also joined the visit.
