The City Government of Balanga held its annual COB Halloween Fest with the theme “Superheroes on the house 2019” participated by the children from the different barangays and COB employees at Plaza Mayor de Ciudad de Balanga, yesterday, October 29.
City of Balanga Mayor Francis Garcia joined the said costume party along with the COB employees who also joined the photography contest wearing their superhero costumes.
In his short message, Mayor Francis said that just like these super heroes, we should always practice teamwork in everything that we do.
Winners from the COB Department Offices photography and costume contest are:
1st place Budget Office
2nd place Treasurer’s Office
3rd place Accounting Office
Aside from the treats given by the COB, the Bataan Lions Club also extended their hand in giving away gifts and treats to all the participants.
