New CEMBA building to rise near Balanga City public market

The multi-awarded Capitol Employees of Bataan Multi-Purpose Cooperative , Incorporated (CEMBA) is planning to construct a three-story building worth P 11 million next year.
Ms. May Ambrocio Hizon, CEMBA general manager, has pinpointed an accessible site with land area comprising 334 square meters located at Taglesville Subdivision adjacent to the Greater Balanga City Public Market.

The proposed new structure is a mixed-use facility with function chamber and apartment-type room, stockroom, grocery store, and CEMBA office.
Ms. Hizon explained that Engr. Fred O. de Guzman, CEMBA chairman and all members of the Board of Directors have adopted a policy of continuously developing notable programs that would spontaneously harness the potential of the cooperative as the most trusted and dependable entity in the province by the year 2020.

According to Ms. Hizon, the latest concept of management is projected to ensure transparent operations and provide top quality products and services to members.
The unequaled performance of CEMBA with current total assets of P 113 million, primarily as the foremost cooperative for the public and other sectors had been recognized by the City government as an outstanding cooperative leader in high loan releases category for two consecutive years 2017 and 2018.
