“The 5km walk is intended to raise funds for the eight (8) college and twenty (20) high school and elementary scholars being supported under the CFC Child Sponsorship Program. The proceeds to be raised will definitely help the scholars to sustain their education in the succeeding years” said Engr. Emmanuel Pineda.
ANCOP is a non-profit foundation that dedicates itself in uplifting the plight of the poor of CFC. In harmony with the Catholic Church through CFC, it is consistent and committed in its work on alleviating poverty through grass-root programs focused on education, health, housing and livelihood.
Since the launching of Global Walk in 2011, AFAB has been an active partner that constantly supports the event as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Through this social endeavor, AFAB will continue its efforts to give what it has to offer best for the community.
