The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. donated P50 million for the construction of an evacuation center in Barangay Townsite, Limay. The check was received by Limay Mayor Nelson C. David during the groundbreaking ceremonies last Thursday.

Ramon Stephen Villaflor, assistant vice president of Pagcor, personally handed the check to David in the presence of Limay municipal councilors and barangay captains led by Bgy, Captain Domingo Ramirez of Townsite.

Ramirez, president of Association of Barangay Councils of Limay, welcomes the newest project in his village saying the evacuation center would give shelter not only to his constituents but to all residents of Limay when the need for it arise.

Villaflor said the evacuation center can withstand super-typhoon with packing wind of 240 kph. It is the third evacuation center to be put up by Pagcor this year in Bataan. The first one is in Samal town and the second in Orani town.
