BPSU Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training Services Dr. Hermogenes Paguia explained the significance to develop research and inventions.
The University recently held a 2-day BPSU Research and Invention Exhibit (BRIE).
He challenged academic researchers and inventors to come out with functional inventions, which could be possibly adopted for commercialization.
“As researchers and inventors, we have to collaborate and our researches must be aligned with the government thrust both in regional and national levels for possible access to funding”, he said.
“Let us strive that our researches be published in international papers”, he also said.
BPSU President Dr. Greg Rodis thanked Board Member Jomar Gaza for joining the event.
