BALANGA CITY, Bataan- Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia has reiterated the other day the prevailing favorable peaceful atmosphere has boosted the inflow of more investments to seven (7) economic zones and tourism enterprise in the province.
Speaking before some 1,500 local and provincial officials, civic and fraternity leaders, police units and other delegates during the turnover rites of the new Bataan police director Senior Superintendent Benjamin Silo Tuesday afternoon at Camp Tolentino this city, Governor Garcia said the conducive peace and order situation reflects the cornerstone of the high-level economic growth .
He stressed in his short message that no investors would attempt to put up businesses in the province without a peaceful ambiance, lucrative financial incentives and good governance.
Undeniably satisfied by the police concerted performances of preventing crimes, Garcia asked the law enforcement agencies to wholly-coordinate with the local officials and encourage the residents to actively participate in the crime prevention drive.
He stressed the formulation and implementation of an effective crime deterrence measures , the police organizations should always undertake them in partnership with other stakeholders to ensure peace and harmony prevails in the community.
