PGB bags CSC PRIME-HRM Bronze award

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) bestowed the Provincial Government of Bataan (PGB) the CSC Prime HRM Bronze Award, for its excellent human resource management last July 24, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).

During the 2019 Public Sector HR Symposium, PGB representatives, Provincial Legal Officer, Atty. Efren Lizardo and OIC-Provincial Human Resource Management Officer, Luz R. Enriquez received the said award was handed by CSC Chairperson, Alicia Dela Rosa-Bala, along with other CSC Commisioners.
The on-site assessment and audit conducted last year confirmed that the Human Resource Management Office – Bataan excels in recruitment, selection and placement (RSP), learning and development (L&D), and performance management (PM).

The CSC PRIME-HRM award, stands for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management. It is a mechanism that empowers government agencies by developing its human resource management’s competency, system, and practices towards excellence.
