Price of real estate in Roman Expressway rises by 300%

The continuous upgrading of the foremost thoroughfare of the province has immensely increased to 300% the real estate market value along the 60- kilometer stretch of the Roman Expressway.
Mr. Jojo Pulido, assistant provincial assessor of Bataan, discussed the government fast-tracked public investments in the infrastructure program opens the proposed six-lane highway marginal sites into housing and business district.
He illustrated the price of land per square meter in the component city has increased from P 5,000 to P 15,000 per square meter which is the government and educational center of the province while the market value of land from Hermosa to Abucay increased from P 200 per square meter to P 3,000 in the current price.
Mr. Pulido explained the bright prospects in real estate industry as attractive property leasing investments are being analytically measured by the upward trend of population and eco-industrial preferences with the expected bigger market demands for comfortable and accessible housing facilities and high-value consumer products from new entrepreneurs.
He observed the improvements in the local economy are highlighted by the effective and efficient implementation of highly-improved road network which cause the landed estate price from P500 to P5,000 per square meter covering Pilar town to Limay industrial area of the Roman Expressway.
Based on positive economic outlook, Mr. Pulido said the spectacular trend in property investment indicators are reportedly emanating from the reflections of hundreds of small, medium and large-scale businessmen who are looking for suitable sites in one the fastest growing investment hubs in Central Luzon.
Realty firms from Metro Manila and neighboring provinces are scouring for feasible commercial business spots as part of their projected property leasing investments schemes because of its high-earning capability and the employment of thousands of industrial workers in several ecozones and industrial sites in Bataan.
