The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Bataan recently held a training on Data Privacy Act and Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Law (RA 11032) among Local Civil Registrars (LCR), and other stakeholders last November 29 at The Plaza Hotel, the purpose of which is to train the different local civil registrars to be more efficient in their respective municipalities.

Statistical Specialist II Mr. Richard Guevarra discussed the infographics and other concerns. Bataan General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) Legal Officer Atty. Abigael Chavez discussed the Data Privacy Act of 2012 which triggered the interest of the participants for it was an open discussion where they could ask questions. Most of the questions raised had something to do with different office concerns such as no noon break, proper size of identification cards, to name a few.
An open forum was facilitated by Statistical Analyst Allan Bruno where more questions were raised by the participants.
