Representatives of Pulo emphasized their need of potable water to facilitate the ease of access of the secluded community to a source of clean water. Both the project team and barangay officials agreed upon the introduction of fish processing of Black-chin tilapia (BCT) (Sarotherodon melanotheron) and Lady fish ‘bidbid’ as the main ingredient in creating food alternatives through value adding process.
