THE Regional Development Council of Central Luzon will prioritize tourism-related projects in the region to attract more tourists this coming summer season and make the region the center of tourist attraction.
This was among the issues proposed during RDC’s third full council meeting held at the Bunker of the provincial capitol of Bataan presided by Chairman Bataan Gov. Albert Garcia.
It was discussed in the RDC meet that CL should expect the influx of tourists both from local and the foreign countries with the on-set of summer season. It was proposed in the important gathering of regional directors of government agencies and the local government units that infrastructure projects that will increase length of stay of tourists and increase expenditures should be implemented soon.
Gov. Garcia said the proposal should be discussed and consulted with the stakeholders.
