SB Mariveles hastens beneficiaries’ ownership of relocation lots in Alion

The Sangguniang Bayan Mariveles is fast-tracking the passing of necessary resolutions to hasten the legal ownership of the beneficiaries in the 15-hectare relocation area in Barangay Alion.
Councilor Harry Golocan, chairman of the Committee on Housing and Land Utilization, said they have already passed a resolution authorizing Mayor Jocelyn Castaneda to sign the Deed of Assignment/Deed of Sale for the beneficiaries which is needed for the titling of lots.

The occupants of the 15-hectare relocation site came from the old NASSCO area who were relocated by EPZA in 1970.
“Yung relocation site sa Alion, binili ng EPZA sa pamilyang Paguio”, he also said.
