The Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Bataan presided by Vice Gov. Cris Garcia unanimously passed a resolution, congratulating a Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) graduate for topping the September 2023 agricultural and biosystems engineer licensure examination.
The provincial board congratulated Engr. Lee Henry Castro for the achievement bringing pride to the province and inspiring Bataeno students. Castro who studied at BPSU Abucay Campus garnered a score of 84.03 percent. Garcia said Castro was a beneficiary of the Iskolar ng Bataan program. Board Member Jomar Gaza sponsored and Board Member Precious Manuel co-sponsored the resolution. Garcia said Castro is his village mate in Barangay San Pedro, Hermosa.
