SP oks donation of multi-purpose vehicles to Bataan LGUs

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) ng Bataan presided by Vice Gov. Cris Garcia approved a resolution authorizing Gov. Joet Garcia to enter into and sign deeds of donation with the city and municipalities of Bataan for the donation of multi-purpose vehicles.

The resolution was approved during the SP regular session on January 12, 2026. Said resolution allows the provincial government to formally transfer the vehicles to local government units  in the province. The donation aims to strengthen the capacity of city and municipal governments in delivering basic services.

The measure underscores the  commitment of Bataan provincial government  in assisting local governments in improving public service delivery all over the province Bataan.
