CITY of SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – In a simple awarding ceremony held at the SM Pampanga Events Center, this City last September 19, Provincial Social Welfare Development Officer, Mrs. Marilyn Tigas was named as one of the Honor Awards Program Regional nominees of the Civil Service Commission as part of the agency’s 114th founding anniversary, with the theme “Tapat na serbisyo, alay ko dahil lingkod bayani ako”.
Mrs. Tigas bagged the CSC Pag-asa Award, individual category for outstanding work performance. This award qualifies her as a regional nominee for the national level. Mrs. Tigas is currently on leave hence her youngest daughter, Danica Lolita, also a civil servant at the Bataan Tourism Center received the award on her behalf given by Ms. Myrna Macatangay, CSC Regional Director 3.
