Riverforest Development Corporation (RDC), developer of more than 200 hectares Litton estate, in Brgy. Sumalo, Herosa bared its development blueprint for said property mired in a deadlock battle for more than three decades.
Just recently, the company revealed a pioneering township project envisioned to bring genuine development in the contested area. RDC development approach aims to generate jobs; provide equal access to basic services for community people; and maintain ecological balance.
The company touted the development in Sumalo will be a unique blend of ever-growing industries and a progressive community.
The township project will not be limited to productive structures to be constructed in the property, according to RDC development blueprint. Families living inside the Litton property and nearby villages will be hired, it was pointed out.
By way of people’s participation, sound environmental management in every aspect of the ever-developing township to be built will be guaranteed.
