Barging operation in Bataan Freeport proposed

 MARIVELES, Bataan — A week ago, the tremendous traffic in Metro Manila became the topic of news reports in major media networks and the netizens in social media sites.

The perennial traffic blames it to the beginning of the construction of Skyway Stage 3 connecting the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) to South Luzon Expresssway (SLEX) due to the closure of inner lanes of the major roads in the metropolis.

Pilar town sets up “breath-taking tree hopping”

 MT. SAMAT, PILAR, Bataan- After putting up the Zip line, Mayor Alice Pizarro is now rushing the putting up of a tree-hopping along the historic Mt. Samat, adding tourist attraction in this strategic town.

            Compared to such other existing sports facilities, the tree-hopping project here is not actually an ordinary one since it is a seven-stage recreational or functional activity consisting of ascending and moving around in the crown of giant trees along Mt. Samat’s virgin forest where the players can get a glimpse on the sky-rise buildings in Metro Manila, the sprawling Manila Bay, coastal areas of Pampanga and Bulacan.
