New school and SNED Center break ground in Mariveles

The local government of Mariveles marked a significant milestone in advancing education with the groundbreaking ceremony of the Balon Anito National High School and Special Needs Education (SNED) Center held today.

 

Mayor AJ Concepcion led the ceremony along with Vice Mayor Jesse Concepcion and SB Members and DepEd officials, emphasizing the importance of strengthening educational infrastructure to secure a brighter future for the youth of Mariveles. The project aims to provide accessible and inclusive learning opportunities for all students, including those with special needs.

 

According to the mayor, the establishment of the new high school and SNED center reflects the municipality’s commitment to nurturing the dreams and potential of every Mariveleño learner through improved facilities and support systems.

 

Local officials and stakeholders expressed their support for the initiative, noting that the project will help address the growing demand for quality education and specialized learning services in the area.
The municipal government assured residents that it will continue implementing programs and projects focused on education, as part of its broader efforts to empower the youth and build a more progressive Mariveles.
