Establishment of a community hub in Mariveles

During the courtesy call of Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan, Mr. Melvin Jason Tan, and Mr. Jericho Buñing of Hausland Development Corporation and Fiesta Homes Communities last May 26 at the Bunker, the establishment of FAB Central Integrated Community Hub was proposed, in support of Governor Joet Garcia’s advocacy of promoting an active lifestyle among Bataenos.

The proposal is also seen as a major opportunity in pioneering a community hub that includes a community mall that will integrate sports amenities, workplace and retail spaces to support the sustainability of the business and a dormitory. Focused on strengthening job generation, convenience, and accessibility. The project also includes an urban-setting dormitory to house at least 1,000 employees in Mariveles.

Updates on the establishment of additional EV charging stations, construction of the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge, and 1Bataan Village in Limay were also tackled during the meeting. | John Michael Pascubillo
