AFAB launches skills training program

The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and Dong-In Sunbirds Corp., launched a Skills Development Training Program.

The first batch of 14 trainees will undergo 7 to 12 days of hands-on training to enhance their technical competencies preparing them for employment inside the Freeport Area of Bataan.

AFAB said qualified trainees will be considered for immediate hiring by Dong In Sunbirds Corp.
The agency also said there will be additional batches of trainees under the program.
