Another shopping mall to rise in Balanga City

The construction of another multi-million peso shopping mall, Robinson Place, along the busy stretch of Roman Expressway and Enrique Garcia Sr. Avenue in Upper Tuyo, this City, is considered as a perfect business landscape for the leading component city in the Western Central Luzon area.

Ms. Elsa Ilagan, chief, of Balanga City Planning and Development Office (BCPDO) articulated that the proposed building of a new 3-storey mall complex in 8 hectares prime land site would ensure greater prospects for retail and commercial outlets investors in the province and neighboring provinces.

According to Ms. Ilagan, the proposed edifice will house six (6) cinemas, two (2) athletic grounds with gymnasium, parking spaces for clients and delivery vans and other essential structures for marketing business needs of locators.
Likewise, the new multi-million mall is seeking the approval of the provincial and city governments for allowing the management to put up satellite terminal site for big buses and transport vehicles for shoppers and other clients.
Local proprietors are reportedly seeking reservations for the new shopping mall due to its accessibility and convenient location away from the heavy traffic inside the city proper.
