Sa sobrang tuwa ni P/Col Romell Velasco, Bataan PNP Provincial Director sa magandang ipinamalas ng kanyang mga tauhan ay nagbigay siya ng insentibo sa 13 miyembro ng PNP Bataan na malaki ang naging bahagi para mapanatiling number 1 ang Bataan PNP sa Performance Evaluation Rating sa Region 3.
Ayon kay PD Velasco, dahil sa ipinakitang “strong commitment and dedication to public service” ng 13 miyembro ng kapulisan noong mga buwan ng Setyembre, Oktubre, Nobyembre at Disyembre ng nakaraang taon ay napanatili natin sa buong rehiyon ang pagiging no. 1 sa Performance Evaluation Rating.
Ayon pa rin kay Col. Velasco, “their devotion to their respective tasks is a manifestation of their competence to their duty which is worthy of emulations”.

Samantala, marami ring tauhan ng PNP mula sa iba’t ibang station ang nabigyan ng promotion dahil malaking factor din umano ang performance, dahil ayon pa rin kay PD Velasco, their efforts greatly contributed to the over-all accomplishment of Bataan PNP adjudged no. 6 in the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating ( UPER) in the police regional office 3 for the month of December 2022.
