Bataan SP approves land purchase, donation pact, and PSA sublease

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) ng Bataan presided by Vice Gov. Cris Garcia, approved measures requested by Gov. Joet Garcia during its December 2 regular session, including the authorization to purchase a lot, donation pact and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) sublease.

The SP passed a resolution authorizing Gov. Garcia to purchase a  131 square-meter property. The legislative body also approved the Deed of Donation with Bantay Pawikan Inc. The province has a long-standing commitment to marine turtle conservation and environmental protection.

The legislative body also approved the Sublease Agreement between the Provincial Government of Bataan and PSA seen to enhance services for statistical and civil registry functions in the province. All measures were endorsed during session by Board Member Jomar Gaza.
