Bataan SP recognizes solo parent organizations for empowerment and support

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Bataan presided by Vice Gov. Cris Garcia passed a resolution recognizing solo parent organizations in the province. The resolution aims to encourage support for the programs and initiatives of the organizations, which work to promote the well-being, rights and empowerment of solo parents.

By recognizing these groups, SP seeks to acknowledge the critical role of solo parents in the society. This move underscores the provincial government’s commitment to improving the lives of solo parents and providing them the necessary support. The resolution was passed during SP regular session last January 20.
