CITY of BALANGA, Bataan – The Masapsap Irrigators Service Association (MISA) of Masapsap, Orani, Bataan has been a partner of the National Food Authority – Bataan Provincial Office in its palay procurement program since 2008.

Since then, MISA members have been active sellers of their palay to the agency that they gradually accumulated their Cooperative Development Incentive Fund (CDIF) reaching Php208,208.30 as of August 2016. This amount is so far, the biggest CDIF ever accumulated by a farmer organization in Bataan.
