Mayor Gila Garcia said with the feat, “the people of Dinalupihan once again showed the unwavering commitment for the protection and love for Mother Nature”.
She added Dinalupihan folks also exhibited unity in coming out with the video dance entry.
“A sort of dance fever actually swept our entire town for a week, you can hear the official zumba song in every nook and corner”, Garcia said.
“Zumba groups, students, municipal employees, NGAs, CSOs, other sectoral groups, and even municipal officials joined”, she quipped.
Municipality of Samal was second place and 3rd place went to Mariveles local government unit.
Provincial Tourism Office organized the zumba video contest as a highlight of Bataan Pawikan Festival 2020 celebration.
This year’s festival celebration was toned down due to COVID 19 pandemic.
