Fiesta Communities Hermosa opens

HERMOSA, Bataan – A new socialized housing project opened in this town.
Fiesta Communities has opened on Saturday the first phase of its Hermosa project located along the highway in Barangay Balsik.
“The total area of our Hermosa project is 40 hectares but we just opened today the first phase covering 10 hectares for 700 units”, Fiesta Communities Regional Manager for Bataan and Zambales Gene Ryan Bautista said during the Hermosa project Open House.
“We are engaged in socialized housing, our units are very affordable. The lowest monthly amortization is P2,681 for a unit here in this project”, he said.
Available at Hermosa subdivision are units Rowhouses, Duplex Bungalow, Couple Two-Storey, Single Attached Two-Storey, and Commercial Lot.
“The subdivision is along the highway, very accessible. Our units have very good design”, he added.
“For the past few months there were flooding in some areas of this town, but our project site here is totally flood-free. We have found a very good location”, Bautista said.
“Our target markets are the workers in Hermosa Ecozone, OFWs in Hermosa, and residents of nearby Dinalupihan town, and Lubao, Pampanga. But I like to share even residents from Olongapo City already availed units here during our pre-selling activity just days ago”, he also said.
“We saw the demand here in Bataan, we started with Limay project, then Mariveles, and now Hermosa. By December, we hope to open our Abucay subdivision”, he said.
