MARIVELES, Bataan – Fiesta Communities Mariveles is “tailored fit” for Freeport workers, according to a top officer of the socialized housing developer.
“We conducted feasibility study prior to the building of our housing project in Brgy. Balon Anito, and we learned many workers here are renting. We package the units that are cheaper as compared to monthly rentals”, said Fiesta Communities Regional Manager Gene Ryan Bautista during their recent Mariveles project Open House event here.
“Based on our study, 60 percent of Freeport Area of Bataan workers are renting”, he said.
The cost of housing units in Fiesta Communities Mariveles range from P450,000 to P1.4 million. The lowest monthly amortization is P2,800 for a unit.
Bautista said their Mariveles project initially has 18 hectares but was increased to 25 hectares. He added they are targeting it to be a township project with total area of 50 to 70 hectares.
Two new housing models Townhouse and Couple were unveiled during the Open House.
For almost a decade, FIESTA Communities has been a leader, and a prime provider of quality, affordable homes to the low to mid-class market of the Northern and Central Luzon.
