Mariveles, Top Revenue Performer in Central Luzon

The Municipality of Mariveles has been recognized by the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Region III for its outstanding fiscal performance, securing the Top 1 spot in Highest Locally Sourced Revenues (LSR) Collection among all municipalities in Central Luzon. The town also ranked Top 2 in Locally Sourced Revenues to Total Current Operating Income, marking another milestone in its efforts to strengthen financial sustainability.

Local officials credited the achievement to the dedication and efficiency of key municipal departments, particularly the Municipal Treasurer’s Office and the Municipal Assessor’s Office. The recognition reflects the LGU’s commitment to responsible fiscal management and improved revenue generation.

Mayor Ace Jello Concepcion thanked government employees and the community for their continued cooperation, noting that the award is a collective triumph for the entire town. The local government reiterated that the recognition reinforces its drive for better public service under the administration’s banner of “Mariveles Muna, Mariveles Una.”
