Morong honors senior citizens

The Municipality of Morong honors senior citizens in the celebration of the annual Elderly Week held on October 2 at Barangay Poblacion Covered Court. The event honored the invaluable contributions of the elderly.

The celebration was spearheaded by Mayor Leila G. Linao-Muñoz and Vice Mayor Chermaine L. Garcia-Sibug together with the Sangguniang Bayan members and in partnership with the Federation of Senior Citizens Association Morong.

Mayor Linao-Munoz and Vice Mayor Garcia- Sibug are committed to promoting the well-being and active participation of senior citizens in community life.

Senior citizens showcased their energy and talents through dance presentations and friendly competitions during the program.
